Quotes & Invoices
All written and verbal quotes are good for 30 days. Each piece is custom made and usually requires 7-10 days to be finished. When we are in our busiest period (Spring through late summer) this may take longer. Shipping time varies (see below) from our workshop in the United Kingdom. East coast delivery generally takes under 2 weeks, the west coast, 6-8 weeks. Every fountain shipment is quoted individually. Quote will include breakdown of shipping, crating, custom charge, tax if in California.
Terms of Payment:
Terms are printed on each invoice. Malibu Fountains accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as PayPal. Invoice must be paid in full before work commences.
DELIVERY
Delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions during pick-up as the workshop is down a very narrow road and may be blocked with snow or ice. Resulting in it missing its embarkation from port. The 8-12 weeks quoted is usually sufficient to cover door to door delivery whether to the east coast or the west coast of the U.S.
Price Changes:
Prices are subject to change without notice and orders will be invoiced at the prices prevailing at the time the order is shipped.
Returned Checks:
Any check returned for insufficient funds will incur a $25.00 service fee.
Injuries & Liability
Please handle all products, sculptures, landscape features and copper trees with care. Hand-cut copper is very sharp. Wear protective gear, gloves, eye wear, etc. We are not held responsible for any injuries the customer incurs lifting or transporting the tree. Be cautious! Be safe!
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Information
Malibu Fountains distributes and ships to all of North America. We make every effort to deliver orders in a timely, efficient manner using the following methods:
- Direct Ship: Orders will be shipped directly from our workshop. Freight charges apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of each order, all sales are final unless it arrives damaged.
Damaged Goods:
Please report any damage goods within 2 days of delivery.
Returning Goods:
We work with our clients to correct any deficiencies that are found in each piece.. The customer is responsible for returning items to Malibu Fountains and for freight and crate cost if the customer no longer desires the fountain. When the fountain is returned to us, we will reimburse the customer the cost of the fountain.
